Lava Room

The most requested dining room! This dining room with walls of centuries old lava rock, tropical plants, and warmly accented lighting, is everyone’s favorite. We could only imagine how many romances started or marriage proposals made from the many romantic spots in this room.

It is hard to imagine that during La Posta’s famed years of the 1870’s and 1880’s, this room served as a stable caring for the horses used for the Stagecoach of the famous Butterfield Stagecoach Trail.

The Lava Room accommodates forty-four customers. Because of it’s popularity, no parties larger than eight are allowed.
