Boots Room
This room once served as a leather shop in support of the bustling Stagecoach business during the 1870’s and, later, as part of a Butcher Shop in the early 1900’s.
In her later years, you would find Katy dining at the corner table in Boots, beneath where her portrait now hangs, enjoying her carefully prepared food while keeping an eye on her “Chile Joint.”
Today, this quaint little dining room (seats up to 16 people) is adjacent to the Corn Exchange Cantina so it never starves for activity!
